OEST is seeking a Landscape Architect with a minimum
of 10 years experience in commercial, residential subdivision, and parks/recreation
land use planning with emphasis in preparing site plans, landscape planting
plans, construction details, cost estimates, and performing other project
management related activities. Experience in local regulatory permitting
of land development and public improvement projects required.
OEST is presently engaged in the design of several land development projects in the New England area. We are looking for an individual that has a high level of creativity and motivation along with strong design and communication skills.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning or related field; AutoCAD, graphic design and rendering skills.
