What kind of water system can clean a 62-ton D9 bulldozer in less than half an hour?
Designing a water canon system that not only cleans a D9
bulldozer, but removes the oil from the water before disposal, is just
one of the design challenges the OEST team tackled. From performing
the appropriate site work to designing the entire building to acting as
construction managers, OEST is proud to be associated with this 104,000
SF, $18 million facility. We are equally proud of our 20 year relationship
with MiltonCAT and we look forward to opening of this facility in Fall
2007. |

Is it really that complex to permit 75 acres of land?
When you’re on a marshy lowland site in a coastal community that needs coordination with the MDOT, Town, DEP and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, it takes a dedicated engineering team to resolve the technical challenges this type of site poses. Not only did OEST provide the site planning and permitting for this site, but we are providing architecture and engineering for various buildings in this mixed-use development that includes retail facilities, restaurants, office space and a hotel with a 138,000 square foot Cabela’s retail store anchoring the site. After attending the recent groundbreaking to signal the start of construction, we are now eager to see this site come to life. |
