OEST Associates, Inc. has an immediate opening in our Orlando-area office for a registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience designing and coordinating architectural projects. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter with strong leadership and mentoring skills who works well in a team environment. This design professional will be responsible for the production of innovative, appropriate, and cost-effective designs, drawings, and specifications. Responsibilities also include coordinating the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the entire project delivery process from programming to construction documentation to construction administration.
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Professional Registration and proficient in Microsoft Office required. Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or hand-rendering skills a plus.
