OEST Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-disciplined project teams on a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, educational, retail, and municipal, state and federal governments. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the entire team of in-house architects, engineers, designers and CAD Technicians as well as any subconsultants that may be required for a particular project. Responsibilities will also include development of all contracts, project design schedules and budgets and ensuring projects remain within the established construction budgets and schedules.
Requirements: Professional Engineering or Architectural Registration. Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work with both clients and contractors. Minimum of five years experience in project management.
